Have you ever felt like you’ve lost your magic?
That Thing That Once Lit You Up… Feels Different?
For a while, I found myself questioning my relationship with facilitation. Not because I couldn’t do it—but because something deeper was shifting. The way I used to facilitate, the energy that once fueled me—it wasn’t the same.
But here’s what I realized: it’s not that I lost my magic; it’s that it’s evolving.
And evolution doesn’t always feel comfortable.
There’s been space. Peace. Relaxation. And for the first time, I’m not rushing to fix or figure it out. Instead, I’m letting gratitude lead—gratitude for my body, my choices, my path. Gratitude that melts away resistance and invites something new.
Then, out of nowhere, my brain nudged me—
“Prerna, what about facilitation?”
So, I opened my facilitator’s manual, and instead of trying to force an answer, I asked:
“Show me.”
And the book responded:
🔹 What have you decided facilitation is that it isn’t?
🔹 What have you decided facilitation is not that it is?
Whoosh—just like that, clarity returned.
So, let me ask you this:
❓ What have you decided life and living is that it isn’t?
❓ What have you decided life and living is not that it is?
❓ What have you decided money is that it isn’t?
❓ What have you decided money is not that it is?
❓ Who or what have you decided you are that you are not?
❓ Who or what have you decided you are not that you are?
Try this:
Pick one and sit with it. Notice what shifts. Then, drop a comment with the first word that comes to mind!
