1. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the order is already processed.

To cancel an order, please contact our support team at info@prernawadhwa.com with your order details.

If the order is successfully canceled, the refund (if applicable) will be processed within 15 business days.

2. Refund Policy

We strive to provide the best products/services to our customers. However, if you are not satisfied, we offer the following refund options:

For Physical Products:
  • Refunds are available only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.
  • Customers must raise a refund request within 15 days of receiving the product.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition with packaging intact.
  • Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 15 business days.
For Digital Products/Services:
  • Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are only provided if the product is defective or not as described.
  • Refund requests must be made within 1 day of purchase.
  • If a service has been partially used, a pro-rata refund may be issued at our discretion.
For Subscription Services:
  • Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Refunds for subscriptions are provided only if requested within 1 day of the initial purchase.
  • No refunds will be given for partial use of a subscription period.
3. Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

It may take 15 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

4. Non-Refundable Items
  • Gift cards, downloadable products, and customized/personalized items are non-refundable.
  • Any item returned in a used, damaged, or non-resellable condition will not be eligible for a refund.
